I recently purchased a product from this company, and let me tell you, it was a nightmare. The build of the item was shockingly low. It was clearly made with cheap materials. I tried to contact customer service, but that proved even more disastrous. The staff were completely incompetent. They didn't offer any solutions. This entire experience has left me angry.
